Starting a blog, with some trepidation!

Well, I'm joining the ever increasing population of bloggers. I don't know if what I have to say is of interest to anyone but I'm hoping that those with an interest in brewing and beer in general might give up some of their precious time to read this blog.

I intend to talk about some of the things I learn whilst brewing and to also keep you informed of our brewery news and gossip.
